As per the Schedule, a Pre-Bid meeting for the captioned tender was organized by HRMD, RBI, Bhubaneswar on May 13, 2019 at 3:00 PM in Conference Room, 3rd Floor, RBI, Bhubaneswar to clarify the queries of the prospective bidders. The pre-bid meeting was attended by the representatives of following vendors: 1. Admiria Food and Breweries 2. M/s U. Tech Service 3. Truptee Restaurant 4. Germicide H K Pvt. Ltd. 5. R.R Enterprises 6. Capital Caterer 7. Om Sai Catering On behalf of Reserve Bank of India, Bhubaneswar, the following officials were present: 1. Shri Rama Chandra Bal, Assistant General Manager, HRMD 2. Shri Rajesh Satapathy, PS (Gr A), HRMD The meeting was conducted to brief the bidders about our specific requirements and to readdress their queries. Further to the discussions held with the tenderers, clarifications arrived thereof are indicated as under. | S. Hence, no exemption could be granted. It was clarified that EMD is mandatory for all the tenderers. | | 2 | Clarification was sought regarding valid food license from Municipal Authorities. | It is clarified that the vendors having existing food license are eligible to participate in the tender process. However, the successful vendor would have to obtain valid food license from local authorities and submit the same within two months from commencement of the work. | • All above points are noted and agreed by the firm. -
These minutes of pre-bid meeting shall form the part of bid document/Agreement. -
Rest of the terms and conditions and specifications of the bid document shall continue to remain same. -
The above amendments/ clarifications are issued for the information for all the intending bidders. -
The submission of bid by the firm shall be construed to be in conformity to the bid document and amendments/ clarifications given above. Regional Director
