Pre-bid meeting on Tender for Rate Contract for supply and delivery of Stationery items to RBI was held on May 13, 2019 at 3.00 pm. Queries raised by the vendors and clarifications given by the Bank are as follows: | Query No. | Query | Clarification given by the Bank | | 1. | Whether the same brand of stationery items as mentioned in the tender document need to be supplied? | Brands of stationery items mentioned in the tender document are indicative only. Items having equivalent technical specifications may be supplied. | | 2. | Whether rates to be quoted are inclusive of taxes? | Rates to be quoted should be exclusive of applicable GST. No other charges, other than applicable GST, would be paid by RBI. | | 3. | Whether separate Demand Draft in lieu of Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) needs to be deposited for each centre? | Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) specified for each centre may be added and only one Demand Draft needs to be submitted of the total amount for all centres taken together, subject to the maximum limit of Rs. 2 lakh. | | 4. | Whether all documents need to be submitted physically? | Only the applicable EMD (in form of Demand Draft) and physical samples of stationery items need to be submitted physically.
