E-tender Notice for e-token/NIT no. RBI/LUCKNOW/ISSUE/3/18-19/ET/192 dated 10.01.2019 inviting application for Transportation of Boxes containing Treasure/Currency Notes. With reference to the subject mentioned above, it is hereby notified for general information that: -
On page no. 18 of e-tender document (Section –II point no. 6) – “The rate per km quoted should be all inclusive, i.e. should include all applicable taxes, vehicle hire charges, labour charges, loading/unloading charges, insurance charges, charges for security arrangements, night detention charges, charges for return trip, minimum number of hours, etc.” shall be read as “The rate per km quoted should be all inclusive, i.e. should include all applicable taxes, vehicle hire charges, insurance charges, night detention charges, minimum number of hours, etc.” -
On page no. 37 of e-tender document (Section – V point no. 1.4) – “security deposit of ₹ 75,000/- (Rupees Seventy Five thousand only)” shall be read as “security deposit of ₹ 1,75,000/- (Rupees One Lakh Seventy Five thousand only)” -
On page no. 38 of e-tender document (Section – V point no. 2.7) – “in the ratio of 50:50 (approx.)” shall be read as “in the ratio of 60:40 (approx.)” The other terms & condition contained in the principal e-tender document shall remain intact. For any other queries/clarifications, if any, vendors are requested to attend pre-bid meeting scheduled on January 23, 2019 (Wednesday) at 03:00 PM in Issue Department, Reserve Bank of India, 8-9, Vipin Khand, Gomti Nagar, Lucknow.
