Installation of RBI pavilion in the Lucknow Mahotsava 2018 at Avadh Shilpgram, Avadh Vihar Yojana, Near Shaheed Path Lucknow During January 24 - February 02, 2018

Reserve Bank of India/RBI, Lucknow (henceforth Bank) invites technical and financial bids from reputed firms/bidders with proven experience and credential of designing, fabricating and maintenance of pavilions in national or international exhibitions/fairs.

Important terms and conditions-

1. The tender is invited under two-bid process. Bidders are required to submit technical bid (Section-I) and financial bid (Section-II) in two different sealed envelopes, titled Technical and Financial bid respectively. Both the envelopes should be put together in one large sealed envelope with appropriate title and submitted to RBI on or before 14:00 hrs. January 15, 2018 (Monday).

2. The sealed envelope containing the bid, duly signed & complete in all respects addressed to the Regional Director, Reserve Bank of India, 8-9, Vipin Khand, Gomti Nagar, Lucknow – 226010 shall be dropped in the tender box kept in Financial Inclusion and Development Department at RBI, Lucknow.

3. In connection with any queries the bidders may contact Shri Jai Prakash, AGM, RBI on 0522-2307949 (email) on or before17:00 hrs. January 12, 2018. The bids shall be opened at 15:00 hrs. on January 15, 2018, in presence of authorized representative of bidder.

4. "Quality and Cost Based Selection"(QCBS) method shall be the basis of awarding the contract. The technical and financial bids shall be given weightage of 75% and 25% respectively.

5. All the bidders shall be required to submit proposed layout design of the pavilion along with digital and graphic features. A short presentation containing the features of the design has to be enclosed in CD format along with the bid. The presentation shall also exhibit the ability of the bidders to make modifications at short notice. While considering the technical bid appropriate weightage will also be given to the lay out design displayed in the CD.
