The Chief General Manager, Reserve Bank of India, CBD Belapur, Navi Mumbai – 400614 invites sealed tenders from reputed and experienced Caterers for providing food services to members of staff / officials in Staff Canteen at Belapur Office. The service contract will be initially for a period of one year i.e. from July 1, 2017 to June 30, 2018 with a provision of renewal for the next two years, one year at a time, as mutually agreed to.

Caterers having at least five years of experience of running Hotel, Restaurant, Food Plaza, Staff Canteen need only apply. Application form may be collected, along with the general terms and conditions from Assistant General Manager, Reserve Bank of India, Human Resource Management Department, CBD Belapur, Navi Mumbai – 400614 (can also be downloaded from www.rbi.org.in). The tender form, duly filled in, may be submitted in a sealed envelope superscripted ‘Tender for Outsourcing of Staff Canteen’ addressed to The Chief General Manager, Reserve Bank of India, Plot No.3, H H Nirmala Devi Marg, Sector 10, CBD Belapur, Navi Mumbai – 400614 so as to reach him latest by 14.00 hours on June 9, 2017. The Bank reserves the rights to reject any or all the tenders without giving any reason thereof and the decision of the Bank will be final.
