Reserve Bank of India Ranchi intends to empanel highly reputed and capable car hiring agencies/companies for the purpose of hiring cars on need basis for a initial period of one year w.e.f. June 1, 2017 to 31 May 2018.  Reputed car-hiring agencies/companies based in Ranchi and having adequate capacity to cater to the requirement and also those who are providing cars on hire to at least one government/semi-government/public sector banks or large corporate house may download the Tender Form/Application in two parts (Technical bid and Financial bid), from our website www.rbi.org.in.

Sealed Tenders are required to be submitted in two parts, i.e. Part I containing technical terms, scope of work, terms & conditions, general instructions and Part II containing price bid. The Tender shall be prepared and submitted in duplicate in sealed envelopes separately in two parts, viz, Part I and Part II clearly indicating on the covers “Part I – Technical and Commercial Bid" and "Part II – Price Bid", respectively. The covers shall be superscribed "Empanelment/Tender for providing cars on rental basis to Reserve Bank of India Ranchi ” addressed to the CGM , Reserve Bank of India Ranchi. The due date for submission of the tender is 3.00 PM on 19 April, 2017. The Part-I of the tender will be opened in the presence of the tenderer / authorised representative, who choose to be present at the date informed later on by the RBI, Ranchi office.

The RBI, Ranchi reserves the right to accept or reject any or all applications without assigning any reason whatsoever.
