The Reserve Bank of India today placed on its website the fifteenth release under the series ‘Mint Street Memos (MSM)’ titled “Housing Services in CPI – Measurement Issues”.

The paper authored by Dr. Praggya Das from Monetary Policy Department suggests alternative ways of measuring house rent in Consumer Price Index.
