The following services are available to the customers under extended business hours
(i.e up to 4.15 PM on week days and up to 12.45 PM on Saturdays)

    1. Acceptance of SGL forms I requisition for issue of scrips by debit to SGL Account.
       
    2. Acceptance of letters /documents such as PoA, Succession Certificate, probate etc. for registration and delivery thereof after registration.
       
    3. Acceptance of "Stop" advice (duly recording the exact time of receipt).
       
    4. Acceptance of Specimen Signatures.
       
    5. Delivery of advice for SGL credit /debit.
       
    6. Delivery of Payment Orders for repayment and interest payment.
       
    7. Delivery of securities lodged for various purposes.
       
    8. Issue of loan application forms.
