Polymer Banknotes - Notice Inviting Expression of Interest
Reserve Bank of India (the Bank) intends to procure 1 billion pieces of polymer banknotes in the denomination of Indian rupees 10 through global public bidding. Interested manufacturers/ suppliers of polymer banknotes who are experienced/ competent to participate in the process may submit their ‘Expression of Interest’ (EOI) in a sealed cover super scribed "Expression of Interest for Supply of Indian rupees 10 denomination polymer bank notes” to The Chief General Manager, Reserve Bank of India, Department of Currency Management, Central Office, Amar Building, Sir P.M. Road, Mumbai – 400001, so as to reach him by October 20, 2009.
